What is your Return Policy?

 

30 DAY SHOE EXCHANGE POLICY:  At TGRC, our staff strives to provide 100% satisfaction when you shop in our store.  We pride ourselves on giving the utmost attention to detail with each customer walking, or running, through our door.  We realize that there may be a time when a customer is not completely satisfied with a shoe purchase; if this happens, we’ve got you covered with a 30 day exchange policy.  If you are not satisfied with your shoe purchase for any reason, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your shoe for another shoe of your choice.  A store credit may be issued for the difference in a lesser value shoe.  Refunds DO NOT apply.

 

14 DAY RETURN POLICY:  TGRC understands that purchasing a new model or brand of shoe may not work for every runner.  We want each of our customers to be 100% satisfied; run happy and often and stay injury free!  We allow up to 14 days for you to return your shoes, in new condition, with the original packaging, for a full refund.  Refunds will be made in same manner of payment.  If the shoes have evidence of wear and tear or are not in the original packaging, we would be happy to help you under our 30 Day Shoe Exchange Policy.

 

Clearance sale purchases are final. Please inspect items carefully before buying them.

 

Apparel and Accessories – Any new and unused apparel or accessories in its original package with tags on can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

 

Sorry no returns on nutrition products.

 

We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

 

You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. To set up the return or exchange you would need to go to My account / Register which is normally located in the top right-hand side of the screen. Then you would need to click on My orders and when you locate the order you would like to return or exchange click View on the right-hand side of the screen.

Then click Return item(s) which is located at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment. Next you will choose the products to return and the quantity. And finally give a return reason and return action by selecting an option from the drop down menu or selecting other and creating your own, and then send the return request. How long does shipping take?

 

Roughly 5-7 business days. 

 

How can I track my order?

 

-After an order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking email with a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email please give us a call at (479) 434-3571.

 

What is your international shipping policy?

We love seeing our products all around the world, but as of right now we limit our shipping to the lower 48 States.
